Today’s generation is junk food generation and being a parent you may face lots of difficulties to make your chilled eat healthy veggies. So In this article I have given some easy tips to make you super parent & help you to make a healthy bond between your kids & veggies. ·    Put a Vegetable in their favorite food items

A lot of kids love cookies, muffins, breads, cakes, and other pastries. Make it a habit to include vegetables in the ingredients that will incorporate well with the taste of what you are baking. Examples are carrot cakes, zucchini breads, and pumpkin muffins. Just be creative as a home baker.


·    Let them choose their favorite veggies in the market

Take your kids to the grocery store and the farmer’s market. Let them pick the vegetables that will be served for dinner. If they are interested in cooking, guide them in preparing the veggie meal. It might get them to be enthusiastic to eat what they cook with a sense of pride.

·    Try new & attractive vegetarian dishes in daily meal

Lasagna, spaghetti, meat balls, and other meat recipes have vegetarian counterparts. You can try cooking them at home every now and then.



·    Never Force them

There is no need to fight with your kid over an unfinished veggie meal. Keep in mind to nurture the children’s minds with positive meal experiences. If you are forcing your children to eat those vegetables that they didn’t like, it will become a torment for them every time they see that vegetable on the dining table.

·    Last and the best “Be Patient”

Every child is different and so is their tastes and likes for food. One of your children may be easy to convince to eat more vegetables and the other one is being difficult most of the time. The secret is to have more patience and put in more effort. Continue to be creative in preparing dishes with vegetables for them. Always do it with love. They will realize soon enough that Mom does loves them by eating more vegetables.
